Pork (96%), Sea Salt, Sugar, Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite
Cooking Guidelines:
Fry in a little oil or grill for one and a half to two minutes on each side. For best results do not overcook.
Always check that the bacon is piping hot before serving.
Home Freezing:
Freeze on the day of purchase and defrost and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze.
