Cooking Guidelines:
For best results do not pierce sausages. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
GRILLING: Place under a preheated medium grill for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally.
FRYING: Shallow fry with a little oil over a medium heat for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally.
OVEN BAKE: Cook on a baking tray in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes @ 190ºC/375ºF/Gas mark 5.
Always ensure sausages are piping hot before serving.
Home Freezing:
Freeze on the day of purchase and defrost and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use.
